Surveying streams and minor rivers

In the municipality of Aalborg in the North of Jutland there is about 930 kilometers of public and private streams. It is the municipality’s responsibility to make sure that the law concerning the streams is being kept.

This includes controlling that nothing impedes the flow of the stream, that the shape of the streams remains unchanged and that the minimum distance between farmed soil and the edge of the streams is uphold.

Sky-Watch is working on the development of a UAV that would enable aerial inspection of the streams and minor rivers.
